Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an eligible return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged

  • The item received was incorrectly sent, including an incorrect size

Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, unwashed with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@emimonet.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be issued and sent to you via email.

Returns must be sent to the following address using the provided shipping label after approval:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent item.

If the issue is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement or exchange, subject to availability

  • If no replacement is available, the full purchase amount will be refunded as store credit

  • Store credit can be used online and in-store

  • A free shipping voucher will also be credited to your account


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size changes only, subject to stock availability

  • Exchanges apply only to apparel items

  • If the requested size is unavailable, the order will be handled as store credit as outlined above


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Kindly note that only one return request can be processed per order number.


Pre-ordered Items/Products

If the processing time for a pre-ordered item exceeds one month and a refund is requested, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit only.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be issued as store credit. Once approved, you will be notified.
