Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EMI MONET STUDIO. This Shipping Policy explains how your order will be delivered, the fees involved, and our supported destinations.


Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partner, GDEX (GD Express) for Local orders and NinjaVan for Singapore orders.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Destinations & Fees

Domestic (Malaysia)

We offer one standard shipping rate nationwide:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular): RM9

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM19

Free Shipping (Malaysia)

  • Free standard shipping for orders RM200 (WM) or RM300 (EM) and above

International (Standard Shipping)

We currently offer one standard shipping rate internationally:

  • Singapore: RM45 

Free Shipping (Singapore)

  • Free standard international shipping on orders RM600 and above

Shipping & Delivery Time

Domestic (Malaysia)

  • West Malaysia: ~2–5 business days once shipped

  • East Malaysia: ~3–7 business days once shipped

International

  • Singapore: ~7–14 business days once shipped

Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your GDEX tracking number.
Track your shipment directly via your email or GDEX tracking portal.


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

  • EMI MONET STUDIO is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international deliveries (Singapore), customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@emimonet.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
We will assist in coordinating with GDEX to resolve the issue.
